Multi-award Winning Thai Chef

At the helm of our kitchen is multi-award winning Chef Pittayarat Senapadphakorn, more known by his moniker Chef ‘Mod’.

Chef Mod comes into the Thai Capella team from a long and successful culinary career in his native home of Thailand, where he has garnered himself a host of accomplishments. Between the years of 2015 and 2016, Chef Mod took home the awards of the Thai Ultimate Chef Challenge, the Professional Chef Battle, and the Makro Horeca; made appearances in national television programmes on Australia’s Channel 7 and Channel 10 Flix; and was awarded the honour of being a trainer for the 2015 Thailand International Culinary Cup as well as the 2016 Thailand Retail, Food, and Hospitality Services.

Together, Chef Mod and our culinary team are dedicated to offering authentic and delectable Thai fare at an affordable price point, whilst still maintaining a rigid dedication to the utmost freshness and quality, using only premium and locally-sourced ingredients without any artificial additives and MSG — providing Australians with great food, great value for money, and great convenience.
