Chef Mod uses the freshest local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create nostalgic dishes that he grew up with in Thailand. Through housemade spice pastes made from scratch in our curries and tom yum, to slow cooking techniques in our boat noodles soup, every dish on the menu presents the best classic flavours of Thailand.
